Outlook.com, OneDrive, and Skype are down for some people right now (update)
Skype, Outlook.com, and OneDrive have issues right now that prevent some users from accessing their content.
Updated December 19, 2019: The access issues have been fixed and all services seem to be running smoothly.

Outlook.com, Skype, and OneDrive all have issues at the moment that may prevent people from accessing their content or logging into their account. The Microsoft 365 Status Twitter account shared more information on the issue earlier today.

Microsoft shares more details on the Office status page. Each service that has the issue states the same status,
Current status: Our analysis indicates that a portion of infrastructure responsible for authentication appears to be operating in a degraded state. We're removing the affected systems from rotation and rerouting the impacted traffic to mitigate impact.
The Office status page should be updated when the issue is resolved and periodically throughout the process of fixing the issue.
