Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis officially has a release date, and launches on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and Windows PCs on June 9, 2021. In case you missed it, SEGA shocked the world by announcing that Phantasy Star Online 2 was finally coming to the west, but as an Xbox console exclusive. Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis is still an Xbox console exclusive here in the west, and will also launch on PC through the Microsoft Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store on June 9. Japan will get its own PlayStation and PC launch of Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis.
Phantasy Star Online 2 is currently available as a free-to-play game on Xbox consoles.
