Best Buy has exclusive pre-order items for Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3

Best Buy has some exclusive items for its Gamers Club Unlocked members who pre-order two of Microsoft's upcoming Xbox One games, Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3.
Best Buy's blog (opens in new tab) has the details on the two pre-order exclusives:
Gears of War 4: Pre-order it and get the Elite Gear pack, which contains the Vintage Del character, the Black Walnut Gnasher weapon and three bounty cards. Oh, and you'll also get a Gears of War mug and coaster set. It's a complete win.Forza Horizon 3: Pre-order the game at Best Buy and get the 2016 Jaguar F-TYPE Project 7. Not only that, but you get a controller stand and skin. So you can play (ehem, drive) in style.
Best Buy's Gamers Club Unlocked has a two-year membership for $30. Members save 20% off new game purchases, plus 10% off pre-owned games, among other benefits:

I hope eventually we can buy things like this in store, but get a Key to redeem instead of receiving the actual disc. Then you get the special editions with physical goodies for those who want them.
Stores selling digital codes for all games could help to bring down the cost of digital purchases potentially - Just look how Mafia III will be £54.99 on Xbox One, yet you can find places to get legit Steam keys for £25.... Same with the latest Deus Ex, it can be had for £26 on PC, yet it will cost you £50 on Xbox One - Even direct from Steam it's £40 too which matches physical disc versions for most Xbox games in the UK on launch -
I don't see that as likely. It's easier to discount physical because it keeps the used market alive, which offers higher margins. If BB started pushing digital, they'd kill their used sales.

I love Best Buy for games. GCU is easily the best option for physical games around. $15/year definitely tops the $100/year Prime runs you (since it includes so many other things). Plus, some larger releases come with a $10 rewards kickback, which I believe includes Gears. So, you get $12 off the game, $10 back, and free stuff. The membership pays for itself almost immediately. Plus, in the case of newer games, Best Buy usually has better trade values than GameStop, and better used prices (with the same 10% bonuses GameStop gives you with PURP, though GS gives you nothing for new purchases). I'm getting FH3 through BB, but that controller skin is lame. I kinda wish they were doing an actual controller, but after all the problems my other XB1 controllers have had, IDK if I would bother buying it.

Ugh now I might have to cancel my pre-order at gamestop and switch to best buy...
