Bing Predicts takes on the new Premier League season
Microsoft's predictor is back for the new Premier League season.

The forthcoming weekend sees the return of the English Premier League with the first matches taking place over the 11th, 12th and 13th of August. And that means a whole new season of Bing Predicts is back and with week one it's springing virtually no surprises in its selections of who's going to win.
Bing is calling out high percentage wins for Champions, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United, as well as defeats for the three teams promoted from the Championship.
All fun aside, Bing Predicts has a pretty strong algorithm behind it that quite often gets it right. Check out the predicitions in full (opens in new tab) and see if Bing thinks your team has what it takes to get the opening day win.

Hmm, might be worth a cheeky £5 on all three

The big teams all have fairly straight forward opening games. Nothing's ever a certainty but it's not exactly a stretch!

Bookies have their own methods and algorithms to predict results and set their payout accordingly. They know that Arsenal, Chelsea, and Man Utd will probably win, so a £5 will probably return you around £10.

Ya-Ni-Ted! 😈😬

For the record. Bing got 5 out of 10 right or 50%. That's not better than guessing.
