Countdown is a handy app that enables you to configure and count down to events or dates. It's a simple app with basic, yet useful functionality. We've just been informed that the app has been updated with Instagram integration and support for Rudy Huyn's 6tag Windows Phone app, an unofficial client for the popular photo sharing service.
We've covered the app in the past and noted how sweet it looks (it really is gorgeous). With the added Instagram integration in version 1.3.0.0, you'll now be able to share the events you're counting down to with friends on the social network, sharing the image. Pretty neat, we must say.
Just like you would with other social networks and services, simply hit share and choose 6tag from the list on the countdown you'd like to share. If you haven't already got the app, you can download Countdown from the Windows Phone store (available for both Windows Phone 7 and 8). Thanks, Nick, for the tip!
