The Division 2 has been very heavily discounted on all platforms. For the next several days, it's just $3 USD digitally. If you're interested in playing The Division 2, this is a great way to grab a copy for an extremely low price. An expansion for the game has also been announced, called Warlords of New York. This expansion increases the level cap from 30 to 40, while adding new story missions, endgame content and more.

I didn't have much interest in D2 but I can't pass up $3.

I picked this up as well, I still have The Division part 1 sitting on the shelf waiting to be played. I'm wondering if there is even a reason to play part 1 now that I have part 2.

Only if you want to understand the story a little better, but you could probably catch that up on YouTube. The new expansion feels a little like a direct sequel to the first game though.
