Some of the games that shouldn't be missed are listed below. They're the biggest titles that launched on PC this year.

  • Call of Duty Black Ops IIII
  • Fallout 76
  • Shadow of the Tomb Raider
  • Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition
  • Hitman 2
  • Assassin's Creed Odyssey
  • Assassin's Creed Origins
  • Just Cause 4
  • Far Cry 5
  • Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age

Out of all of these, you should probably avoid Fallout 76 because it's still in a very rough state. It still has a lot of bugs and can become griefing central at times. Shadow of the Tomb Raider on the other hand is a compelling adventure and the same can be said for Assassin's Creed Origins and Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Lastly, Hitman 2 features a lot of replayability where you can find new ways to take out targets again and again.
