Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition gets a free week trial on Windows 10

While Microsoft Solitaire Collection for Windows 10 is free to download and play, it does have an in-app Premium Edition that unlocks some extra features for an additional fee. Today, Microsoft has announced that anyone can get a week of free access to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition.

In a blog post, Microsoft stated:

The benefits of Premium Edition include no advertisements or commercials, a wild card or extra deal in each game of TriPeaks and Pyramid, and double coins in Daily Challenges. For those who haven't seen them, Daily Challenges are a set of 5 guaranteed-solvable challenges every day – one in each of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection game modes that range in difficulty from Easy to Expert. And with Premium Edition, you get double coins every time you complete a Challenge which will earn you that Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond badge much quicker!

If you decided to stick with the Premium Edtion after the free trial, it will cost $1.49 for 30 days or $9.99 for a year of access.
