When Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden launched into Xbox Game Pass there was some confusion as to whether or not it was also Xbox Play Anywhere. It wasn't at the time, but this no longer appears to be the case. Microsoft's store listing for the game indicates that it now supports Xbox Play Anywhere.
Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden takes place on a post-human Earth that was ravaged by nuclear war. Now mutants roam the lands, with nature reclaiming abandoned cities. A tale of a safe haven called Eden leads the mutants on a search for a better life, but you'll need to be careful as you adventure out. The game features turn-based combat like that of XCOM combined with real-time stealth elements.
The game originally released in 2018 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. It just recently came to Nintendo Switch.
Turned-based
Now supports Xbox Play Anywhere
Xbox Play Anywhere means you can buy just one copy of the game and own it on Xbox and PC. Xbox Game Pass users can download it right now and hop into a post-human Earth where threats lurk around every corner.
