Today, Microsoft announced October's free Games with Gold for Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners. Starting on October 1, 2018, Overcooked! and Stuntman: Ignition will be free with the subscription. Then, on October 16, Victor Vran and Hitman: Blood Money can be downloaded at no cost. You need an active Xbox Live membership to play the Xbox One games, but the Xbox 360 titles are yours to keep after you redeem them once. It doesn't matter if you're still an Xbox Live Gold subscriber.
Overcooked!
Overcooked! is an enjoyable cooking game where you have to save the world by working in a kitchen. You have to prepare somewhat elaborate meals as you have to do everything from slicing tomatoes to plating.
Stuntman: Ignition
Stuntman: Ignition is exactly like what it sounds. You step into the shoes of a stuntman and have to drive vehicles in dangerous ways to satisfy the needs of the film director. It's quite a lot of fun and incredibly challenging.
Victor Vran
Victor Vran is a Diablo-like game where you have to save a country from ruin. You play as Victor Vran — who is voiced by the same individual who lent Geralt of Rivia his voice — and smash your way through legions of supernatural foes.
Hitman: Blood Money
Hitman: Blood Money is one of the older entries in the Hitman franchise. The game features a plot and relies on storytelling more than experimenting with various assassination techniques.
Be sure to download all four of these games next month because many of them are great experiences. Out of all of these, we would recommend playing Victor Vran because it's an incredible title.
