In case you've missed out, Scarlet Nexus is an anime-inspired action JRPG from Bandai Namco, where players take control of one of two characters with powerful psychic abilities. The game features hectic and action-packed combat, with a variety of teammates that can lend you their unique abilities, a wide range of abilities and upgrades, and a diverse army of interesting enemies.

For years, Xbox players have had to do without some of the best games from Japanese developers, but the tides have begun to turn in recent years. Scarlet Nexus is well worth your consideration, especially if you're already a fan of anime. In our Scarlet Nexus review, our own Zackery Cuevas said that Scarlet Nexus "excels at world-building and features great music and rock-solid performance on both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S." While it's far from a perfect game, it's an enjoyable experience for JRPG and anime fans alike.

Scarlet Nexus is now available on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC through Steam. Scarlet Nexus is a current-gen optimized game, which means it looks and plays better on Xbox Series X|S and PS5. There are two editions to choose from, with the Deluxe Edition including some bonuses like the official soundtrack, artbook, and cosmetic additions. While Scarlet Nexus may not end up as one of the best Xbox RPGs, it's certainly a fun experience.
