Microsoft is once again dealing with a number of issues with its Xbox Live service. This time, some owners of the Xbox One console and other Xbox Live connected devices are unable to launch or purchase content.
Microsoft is aware of this problem, as per their own Xbox Live status message:
"Are you having a tough time launching previously purchased content or purchasing new content, Xbox members? We're aware of the issue and our team is working hard to fix things as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience! We'll update you as soon as we have more information."
