Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden is a tactical adventure featuring a story set on a "post-human" Earth. The game combines strategy and the turn-based combat of XCOM with real-time exploration and stealth gameplay. The team making Mutant Year Zero has members who previously worked on titles like Hitman and Payday.

During the Epic Games keynote at GDC 2019, Funcom and The Bearded Ladies announced that Mutant Year Zero was on its way to Nintendo Switch. The Switch version will come with an expansion that is also going to be available on Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4. "Seed of Evil" introduces a new area and so much more to the game.

Seed of Evil, the expansion to Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden is coming to PC, Xbox One... PlayStation 4... and Nintendo Switch on July 30... Yep, that's right Nintendo Switch... fans, that means the full game will also be released on Switch on July 30... The expansion will not only contain hours of additional gameplay, there will also be new locations to visit and a brand new playable character, Khan the Moose!

If you haven't played Mutant Year Zero, you'll be able to buy the base game and expansion as a bundle. The package will cost $40 on all systems.
