What you need to know

  • NVIDIA will reportedly start shipping its RTX 3090 Ti graphics card on March 29, 2022.
  • Reviews for the new GPU will reportedly go live on the same day.
  • The RTX 3090 Ti will have 24GB of GDDR6X memory with a clock speed of 21 Gbps.

We won't have to wait long for NVIDIA's new RTX 3090 Ti GPU, according to a report by Videocardz. The outlet claims that NVIDIA's new GPU will ship on March 29, 2022. Reviews will also come out that day, according to the report.

The information comes from what appears to be embargo information for the RTX 3090 Ti obtained by Videocardz. Some of the details have been blurred out, but the leak still shows a release date and time for the GPU. The RTX 3090 Ti will arrive at 6 AM PT on March 29, 2022, based on the alleged embargo specs.

According to details shared by NVIDIA and leaks about the graphics card, the RTX 3090 Ti will have 10,752 CUDA cores, 24GB of GDDR6X RAM, and memory speeds of 21 Gbps. As you'd expect from a Ti model GPU, the RTX 3090 Ti should match or exceed the RTX 3090 in every area.

Based on its specs, the RTX 3090 Ti should be among the best GPUs. The largest remaining question is the price of the graphics card. Going off the price of competing cards, there's a good chance that the RTX 3090 Ti could retail for around $2,000.

While the leaked information appears to be genuine, plans are always subject to change. NVIDIA was reportedly set to launch the RTX 3090 Ti back in January, but allegedly delayed the release due to a memory issue.

With the suspected release date only a few weeks away, we won't have to wait long to find out if NVIDIA's new GPU will start shipping this month.
