Today, Microsoft released the State of Decay 2 "Daybreak Pack". Daybreak is the second expansion to the popular survival game, and those who don't own the Ultimate Edition can purchase it for $9.99 through the Microsoft Store. According to the company, Daybreak not only introduces a replayable co-op mode, but also include a new creature called the "Blood Plague Juggernaut".
At Gamescom 2018, Undead Labs gave the impression that you would be on your own if you played Daybreak. However, you can team up with three other teammates to defend a fortified position where a technician tries to repair a critical satellite relay. The best part is that you have high-end weaponry so blasting through zombies is a lot of fun. Gone are the days where you just had to rely on a sharp stick!
State of Decay 2 is a co-op multiplayer game which forces you to survive in the wake of a zombie apocalypse. Players have to work together, build bases, and form communities if they wish to survive in this hostile land. The title features Xbox One X enhancements as it manages to render the game at native 4K resolution at all times.
If you enjoy such titles, be sure to give Daybreak a go. Xbox Game Pass owners can access the base game for free, and get an additional discount on Daybreak.
