Try out Gears 5, xCloud, and more at the new Microsoft Store in London

Microsoft is opening a flagship store in the heart of London next month. The new retail space is located in Oxford Circus, and it will be transformed into an "Xbox Showcase" from July 11 to 14. Many gamers in Europe couldn't attend E3 2019 in the United States, and this is a great way for them to get their hands on upcoming games. According to the company, everything from Gears 5 and Project xCloud game streaming will be there.

  To secure a spot for the event, anyone can pre-register for a limited number of ninety-minute sessions for up to two people here. You can take a look at all of the planned sessions below.

  • Project xCloud: You'll have the opportunity to play games such as Forza Horizon 4 streaming to mobile devices before October.
  • Gears 5: Gears 5's "Escape" mode will be playable at the store.
  • Battletoads: The new Battletoads will be playable as well.
  • Sea of Thieves: Sea of Thieves' "The Arena" mode will be playable. It's a competitive multiplayer experience.
  • Forza Horizon 4: The game's latest expansion, "Lego Speed Champions," will make an appearance.
  • Minecraft: You can check out the latest builds of Minecraft.
  • Xbox Game Pass: You'll be able to play games available on Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC at the store.

If you can't make it to the store, Microsoft is going to host a livestream on July 11. It seems like a lot of famous individauls will be part of the event like Star Wars' John Boyega. Starting at 12 PM EDT, the five-hour long livestream will be broadcast on Mixer and Twitch.

If you're planning on attending, the flagship Microsoft Store in Oxford Circus is located at 253 Regent Street. The livestream promises a ton of giveaways and other surprises so be sure to tune in if you can.
