Twitch Prime members get 5 free Apex Legends packs and legendary skin
That Amazon Prime membership might just be worth it.
This month, Respawn Entertainment — now owned by EA — launched a battle royale experience called Apex Legends. There were rumors that it would be a free-to-play version of Titanfall, but it's more along the lines of Overwatch than anything else. The game seems to take place in the Titanfall universe, but it doesn't feature mechs or any other towering contraptions you can control. It's a standard run-and-gun shooter, where each character has various special abilities.
Today, the developer announced that Apex Legends is coming to Twitch Prime. In order to redeem a few exclusive gifts — mostly skins — you have to link your Amazon Prime account to Twitch. Aside from five Apex Packs, you'll get the the legendary Omega Point Pathfinder costume too. If you want this content, you can sign up for Amazon Prime here. You won't have to pay immediately because Amazon offers a 30-day trial before charging your card.

The skins look absolutely incredible and are some of the best we've seen so far. If you're already a member, you should definitely redeem them as soon as possible.
What Twitch Prime is and how to get it
There's a lot more content coming to Apex Legends in the near future. Recently, some new modes and heroes were leaked which seem to indicate that the experience might branch away from the battle royale genre soon. However, only time will tell.
