Just a reminder that the Verizon Ozone is on sale today, online anyway. It'll be in stores in a couple of weeks. Here's what $50 and a two-year contract gets ya:
- Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard.
- World phone.
- 1500mAh battery.
- 4.5 x 2.5 x 0.5 inches.
- 256MB ROM/192MB RAM
- WiFi b/g
- Bluetooth 2.0.
- 2.4-inch screen.
- 2MP camera with autofocus and video.
- VZ Navigator.
Head here to snag one. (opens in new tab) And if you do, let us know if the GPS works on apps like Google Maps or Bing Mobile (previously Live Search), or if it's locked down to just VZ Navigator.

Might want to recheck your specs. Doubt it has wireless n. Would be nice though.
lol. They really need to move the b key away from the n. Fixed.:)
GPS is open and has 'Quick GPS'...works well and really fast fix w/ Bing and Google Maps.
I'm glad to hear that GPS was left unlocked. I only wish the screen resolution was higher then the 320x240, it would have been nice if it was 480x360.
GPS, Wifi, *EVERYTHING* works. I just got this sucker, and I'm impressed at how little Verizon has obstructed -- the only thing not fully working is Bluetooth File transfer, but software downloads can take care of that. You can sorta get turn-by-turn directions in Bing with the GPS, but it's nowhere near as accurate/responsive as the expensive VZNav application. (Same with Google Maps).
FYI The GPS does not work when using other applications. You must use the Verizon GPS application to initiate the GPS Device. Google maps will only give you a 3500 meter location not exact :/
Sorry, Just a update. If you update the phone to Windows Mobile 6.5 (Located on HTCs Website) This fixes the GPS Issue. Highly recomend updating Firmware/Radio Version :) https://www.windowscentral.com/e?link=https2F2Fcli...
