The Logitech BRIO 4K is on sale, and it remains one of the strongest options if you want 4K image quality and reliable Windows Hello support. It launched in 2017 with hardware that felt ahead of its time, which is why it still holds up for secure sign‑in and sharp video in 2026.

Right now, you can get the Logitech BRIO 4K for $149.99. That's the lowest price we’ve seen in months and a solid deal on a webcam that continues to outperform newer models.

Windows Central review

Why buy the Logitech BRIO 4K?

The Logitech BRIO 4K remains one of the best webcams with 4K resolution and Windows Hello support despite coming out in 2017. (Image credit: Zac Bowden | Windows Central)

The Logitech BRIO 4K was the first consumer-focused webcam with 4K resolution. It also supports BrightLight HDR, Windows Hello as well as 30 FPS, 60 FPS and 90 FPS (though 90 FPS only works with 720p video).

What may surprise you about those specs is that the Logitech BRIO 4K shipped with them in 2017. At the time, it was overkill, but the impressive spec sheet future proofed the webcam.

In 2026, those are still respectable specs. Streaming services only support up to 60 FPS, so 90 FPS support remains overkill if you just need a webcam for Teams, Slack, Zoom or Google Meet.

If you want to look crisp and clear during a meeting or video call, the Logitech BRIO 4K delivers.

The webcam has dual omnidirectional microphones that are okay, but you may want to grab a dedicated microphone if you need the best audio quality. If you're just using the webcam for meetings and chatting, the microphones are fine. If you're recording professional presentations, I'd suggest a separate mic.

Windows Hello support is a must-have for many PC users. The Logitech BRIO 4K supports facial recognition that works well with Windows Hello for speedily signing in and securely authenticating your identity.

I'd even say I recommend the BRIO 4K based on Windows Hello functionality alone.

Zac Bowden

Perhaps the only thing that has aged better than the Logitech BRIO 4K is our Senior Editor Zac Bowden's review of the device:

"If you're someone looking for a webcam that's future proof, with Windows Hello support and a crisp and clear image, you can't go wrong with the BRIO 4K," he said back in 2017.

Here we are over nine years later and the Logitech BRIO 4K is still worth picking up. I double-checked with Bowden to see if the camera had truly aged that well. He confirmed that it's "still one of the best webcams with 4K and Windows Hello."

If 4K resolution and signing in securely and quickly with your face are important to you, the Logitech BRIO 4K is an excellent choice at $149.99.
