Steelcase is a trusted name when it comes to office chairs, desks, and accessories, and its commitment to quality products means that it's not shy to charge more than competitors offering inferior goods.

Of course, that doesn't mean much if the chair or desk you want is outside of your price range. That's why this massive store-wide sale at Steelcase's official site is so easy to recommend checking out. Prices have been cut by up to 25% for a limited time, and I've handpicked the five top deals for anyone who works at a PC.

Steelcase Leap
Ergo Chair
Save 25% ($350)
Steelcase Leap: was $1,399 now $1,049 at Steelcase US

The Steelcase Leap is arguably the company's flagship chair, offering outstanding ergonomics, support, and comfort for all-day sitters. Models are a whopping 25% off right now, and there are many different materials and colors from which you can customize your new seat.

Steelcase Gesture
Ergo Chair
Save 25% ($375)
Steelcase Gesture: was $1,499 now $1,124 at Steelcase US

If the Leap is number one, the Gesture has to be number two from Steelcase's lineup. It has a taller back, 360-degree armrests, and less of a bucket feel to the seat. Like the Leap, the Gesture is 25% off all models, and there are plenty of materials and colors with which to customize the chair.

Steelcase Migration SE
Sit/Stand Desk
Save 25% ($275)
Steelcase Migration SE: was $1,099 now $824 at Steelcase US

Adding an automatic sit/stand desk to my workflow was one of the best changes I ever made, and Steelcase's Migration SE discount is the perfect opportunity to do the same. There are two sizes available, as well as three colors for the base and four materials for the desktop. Everything is a flat 25% off.

Steelcase CF Series Intro

Steelcase CF Series Intro: was $199 now $149 at Steelcase US

Steelcase's monitor arm is designed to manage cables, mount your display, and provide lasting adjustable support while keeping your desktop free and clear. FAQ

What is Steelcase?

Steelcase is one of the world's leading brands when it comes to office chairs, desks, and accessories, and it actually got its start in 1912, more than 113 years ago. Its headquarters are located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, US.

Does Steelcase offer a good warranty?

Yes. Steelcase offers a limited 12-year warranty on parts and labor for its chairs, as well as a 12-year warranty on "mechanical, worksurface and electrical components" for its sit/stand desks. The monitor arm I've highlighted here also has a 12-year standard warranty.

Are Steelcase products easy to assemble?

Although I haven't assembled a Steelcase chair myself, reviews suggest that it's no difficult task. The Steelcase website says that the Gesture can be assembled in less than two minutes without requiring any tools. Just watch out for the weight of the pieces before assembling.

What else does Steelcase sell?

Aside from a long list of premium office chairs, standing desks, and monitor arms, Steelcase offers more standard home and office furniture (stools, plain chairs, end tables, loungers, bookcases, shelving, etc.), as well as desktop accessories and lamps.

Where does Steelcase ship its products?

Steelcase ships within the US and Canada. Because its packaging is not export approved, it cannot ship outside of these locations.

Does Steelcase offer free shipping?

In some cases, yes, Steelcase does offer free shipping. This only applies to orders weighing less than 150 pounds, in which case FedEx Ground is used. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs more.

For heavier products, you're looking at shipping costs equating to 15% of your order subtotal, and that's with a $99 minimum fee.

Steelcase also offers a professional installation service, which costs 20% of the order subtotal with a minimum of $249. Your order will arrive at your house, and someone will set it up for you.

When does the Steelcase Store sale end?

Steelcase's massive holiday sale ends on December 8, 2025.
