Bayonetta makes its PC debut on Steam

The PC port of Sega and PlatinumGames' Bayonetta is now available exclusively on Steam. The action game, which first made its debut in 2009 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, features a number of tweaks for PC players, including high resolution support and new graphics options.

The action-packed game follows the titular Bayonetta as she takes on a fight for the future:

Bayonetta is the last survivor of an ancient witch clan who keep the balance between light, dark and chaos. Entombed to protect herself – and the world as we know it – Bayonetta is discovered and revived after 500 years, sparking a chain of events with cataclysmic repercussions.Thrust straight into battle, with only one clue to her past, Bayonetta must discover the truth and fight for the future. Her daunting conquest sees her face off against countless angelic enemies and giant foes in a game of 100% pure action.

The updated PC version can run at a full 60 frames per second, which is excellent news for such a fast-paced game. Resolutions up to 4K are also supported in this version, along with new graphics options for scalable textures, shadow quality, and more. Voice overs and subtitles are also available in both Japanese and English, so you can choose whichever suits your preference.
