Best Surface Laptop Go Cases and Sleeves 2020
By Brendan Lowry published

The Surface Laptop Go is a wonderful mini-laptop that's easy on your wallet, and we think it's one of the best Microsoft Surface PCs. For that reason, we think you should spend a little extra on a good case, sleeve, or bag that will keep yours safe. Here's a look at some of our favorite options on the market.
Tomtoc Protective Sleeve
Well-rounded sleeve
This excellent sleeve from Tomtoc features both thick interior padding and bonus room for peripherals at a great price, making it our overall favorite.
Kogzzen Laptop Sleeve
Simple sleeve
This sleeve from Kogzzen features less padding and peripheral space than Tomtoc's, but it's also a little more affordable, making it a strong budget alternative.
Lymmax Laptop Sleeve
Vertical sleeve
If you prefer vertical sleeves, Lymmax's offering will be right up your alley. Aside from being stylish, the sleeve also has a waterproof exterior and a padded lining.
MCHENG Hard Laptop Shell
Armored sleeve
This sleeve makes protection a top priority, sacrificing room for peripherals for a thick and durable hard plastic shell on the outside that's supported by effective padding.
Pelican 1805 Laptop Case
Heavy duty case
This case features an extremely thick copolymer-polypropylene shell on the outside, and it's supported by dense, shock-absorbing padding. It's basically a suit of armor for your Surface Laptop Go!
Tomtoc Laptop Bag
Protective laptop bag
This bag from Tomtoc offers a bunch of padding and some nifty hard shell pieces on the bottom corners that resist damage well. It also comes with a good amount of space for peripheral accessories.
BRA1NST0RM Laptop Bag
Stylish laptop bag
If you want a bag that will catch everyone's eye, this genuine leather option provides great protection and has plenty of space for accessories or peripheral devices.
MATEIN Laptop Backpack
Well-rounded backpack
The MATEIN Laptop Backpack has four compartments, a tough exterior, and lots of padding. Additionally, it has some wires that are compatible with battery banks and smartphones for charging purposes.
SwissGear Laptop Backpack
Elite backpack
Between the four large accessory pockets, the ballistic polyester exterior, and the extensive padding on the inside, this elite backpack is the cream of the crop.
If we had to choose
All of these options are a great choice for a Surface Laptop Go. Still, if we had to pick just one, we would go with the Tomtoc Protective Sleeve (opens in new tab). It's a very cost-effective and affordable sleeve that offers both good protection and space for peripherals, making it our favorite pick.
People who want the absolute best protection possible should go with the Pelican 1805 Laptop Case (opens in new tab). There isn't any room at all for peripherals or accessories, but that's not what this case is for. You get Pelican cases when you want your device to be armored like a tank, and that's what the Pelican 1805 provides.
Lastly, folks who prefer backpacks should opt for the SwissGear Laptop Backpack (opens in new tab). It's a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and then some between all of the compartments and protective measures.
