Lenovo debuted refreshes to its ThinkPad line today, taking advantage of Intel's new 10th Gen "Comet Lake" processors with updates to the ThinkPad X1 Yoga and ThinkPad X1 Carbon. Both laptops keep the same design that's already on the market, but these new 10th Gen chips should add a significant boost in power.
You'll be able to pick up the new ThinkPad X1 Carbon and ThinkPad X1 Yoga with a range of 10th Gen Intel Core processors, covering the Core i5 up to the six-core Core i7. According to Intel, these new processors come with up to "double-digit performance gains" over the previous generation. There's also built-in Thunderbolt 3 support and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) on board.

In addition to the X1 Yoga and X1 Carbon, Lenovo launched the ThinkPad T490 and X390. Both laptops have been updated with 10th Gen Intel processors as well, but remain the same otherwise.
The new ThinkPad X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga are expected to launch in September starting at $1,479 and $1,609, respectively. The ThinkPad T490 and X390 are expected to launch in October starting at $1,129 and $1,019, respectively.
