Tonight at 8pm Eastern, get yourself away from your families and point your browser at http://www.imore.com/live. As we did two weeks ago, we're recording another Smartphone Round Robin Roundtable podcast. This time, though, we'll be LIVE. We'll be rounding out our smartphone discussion, focusing on the T-Mobile G1 and the Fuze, then talking about the Round Robin overall.
Best part, though, is we'll have a chat going where you can chime in, talk to each other, and ask us questions -- which we'll answer LIVE towards the end of the show. We've let UStream know that we'll be hitting their service hard, so head on over and take a listen!
Again, that's 8pm Eastern tonight at http://www.imore.com/live.
great session! can't wait for the next one.
In this discussion Dieter said something about the AT&T rom on the Fuze being crappy. What did he mean by this and how can it be fixed? I actually own a blackberry curve, but i'm looking for a new phone. Just doing my research.
I don't know if it's so much crappy but rather cluttered with crap, aka bloatware. There's a way to load the ROM without the bloat and not only is the Fuze more responsive, you free up some memory.
I just bought the Sprint Touch Pro and I've used the Fuze in an AT&T store and I gotta tell you... I don't know how people are having such problems with touchflo. Yeah sometimes it's a bit laggy and yeah, sometimes you have to tap twice, but it's nowhere near as bad at the iphone/android bloggers make it out to be.
Thanks for the info. I agree that they might be exaggerating a bit. My device doesn't even have a touchscreen, so I doubt I would have trouble adapting.
