Microsoft's Bryan Roper tells us why we should upgrade to Windows 10 before July 29

Our favorite Windows 10 stage demo presenter, Microsoft's Bryan Roper, appears in a new video informing people why they should upgrade their PC to the new OS for free before July 29.

The clip of Roper, complete with his trademark hat, offers 10 reasons why Windows 7 and 8.1 PC owners should make the leap to Windows 10. Some of them include the tiny learning curve for previous Windows users, its security features such as Windows Hello, the use of Cortana as a digital assistant, and gaming across Windows 10 and Xbox One.

Roper also points out that Windows 10 users will get the free Windows 10 Anniversary Update sometime later this summer, with more new features such as Windows Ink, Cortana improvements and more.

Finally, Roper says the best reason to update to Windows 10 is that it is currently free for Windows 7 and 8.1 users. After July 29, that will change and those owners will have to purchase Windows 10 Home for $119.
