Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is the sequel to the extremely popular role-playing game that gives players unprecedented choices. While the original is available on Xbox One, it looks like the latest entry should hit the system quite soon. Today, an Amazon listing for Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Ultimate Collector's Edition appeared online. It costs $130 and comes with a number of amazing items.
The package contains the top-of-the-line edition of Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire because it adds all the expansions. There's also a 10" statue thrown in there, a keychain, 3D sticker, and display box. Be sure to get those preorders in soon because they're probably going to sell out fast.
Amazon says that the package is launching on December 31, 2019. This is clearly a placeholder and the Xbox One port may be delayed to 2020. We don't have a concrete release date yet, but as soon as we do, we'll keep you posted.
In Windows Central's review, Rich Edmonds said, "Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is an amazing game. Obsidian has gifted the already cluttered role-playing genre with an excellent title that offers hundreds of hours worth of gameplay. Puzzles, ship combat, side quests, exploration, and other activities keep you occupied along the way."
