Following yesterday's update bringing fixes for game installations, Xbox has issued a small patch for Insiders earlier this evening.
If you've been using the music app Pandora on your console, you might have noticed that sometimes it stalls when running in the background. Today's update should fix that issue.
OS version released: rs1_xbox_rel_1610.161205-1900
Available: 6:00PM PST 12/7 (1:00AM GMT 8/12)
- Resolved an issue which sometimes caused background audio to stop playing.

The xbox insider program is not availble to everyone yet? I want to join
I wish they would allow us to toggle the ability to run in the background.
I don't understand why sometimes an OS update is needed to fix an app. Or ( in this case ) Pandora, is just an example of an app that use the broken API
It was the same bug on W10 Mobile interestingly enough. They broke something with how background audio worked (it was affecting Pandora and myTube, but Audiocloud worked fine).
I was running Pandora on my Surface 3 last night and audio was fine but all the graphics and text within the app just disappeared.
