Turtle Beach announces budget Recon Chat headset for Xbox One

Turtle Beach has launched a new chat headset for console gamers, and it's likely to be a pretty attractive option for anyone on a budget. The new Recon Chat headset works with both Xbox One and PS4, and comes in at $20.
The Recon Chat includes only a single ear cup, but Turtle Beach says it has packed it with a "high quality 40mm speaker." In addition to an adjustable mic, the Recon Chat also includes in-line volume and mute controls. It's also reversible, fitting over either ear, and should fit well over glasses.
The Recon Chat isn't likely to appeal to anyone looking for a robust headset, but it looks to be a solid replacement for the headset that came with your console. Turtle Beach says the headset will go up for sale in mid-April in the UK and EU, and at select retailers in the U.S. in mid-May.

What's the difference between this and what they already had out there: https://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Beach-Communicator-Headset-compatible-cont... bought that one last May. And I don't consider this a "budget" item. This is for people who have full surround sound setups with actual speakers, but don't like the default chat headset that came with the Xbox. I don't need a $400 Turtle Beach headset for game audio, just a simple, good, comfortable chat headset.
