The Wolf Among Us 2 was first announced to be back in development at The Game Awards 2019. Ever since being rebooted, the new Telltale Games has been hard at work on The Wolf Among Us 2.
Telltale Games CEO Jamie Ottilie recently spoke on The Wolf Among Us 2, explaining that the project is faithful to the original vision of the game before the prior Telltale Games was closed and its projects canceled. The story of The Wolf Among Us 2 is set about six months after the ending of the prior game, with a huge focus on how Bigby is still struggling to find his place as the Sherriff of Fabletown.
The first game launched in episodic format, the norm for Telltale Games, with the first episode launching in October 2013 and the final episode arriving in July 2014. Unlike that first season, The Wolf Among Us 2's episodes are all being developed simultaneously. The game is also being developed using Unreal Engine 4, unlike the proprietary engine previously used in Telltale Games' projects.

YES! YES! YES! Loved the first one.

Microsoft needs to buy TELLTALE.
And somebody needs to do a true FABLES video series, not just an imitation/ripoff. -
It's easily my favorite Telltale game ever. Though Tales from the Borderlands is up there as well.
-
TftB was awesome indeed. The Batmans were pretty good as well. There weren't many that I didn't care for though.
-
I wonder if our save data and choices from the first season will even matter
-
It's Telltale. No, they won't.
