Today, Microsoft unveiled a new Xbox One S bundle with two controllers. Unlike the expensive options offered by third-party retailers, this package only costs $299.99. If you like gaming with friends, then this seems like a great option.
The bundle should launch on September 18, 2018. Right now it only appears to be available for preorder on the Microsoft Store. Be sure to reserve one now because they'll be gone before you know it!

The one thing I think Microsoft really needs to work on in future controller designs is the d-pad. As someone that plays a lot of fight games and that prefers playing them with the d-pad, as many do, I’ve yet to find a responsive, good solid d-pad with precise inputs on any Xbox One controller available, and there’s definitely a market for one. Both d-pads that the Elite comes with are unreliable and clicky, it isn’t even worth mentioning the basic XO controller, and even ones like the Hyperkin SNES inspired controller leave much to be desired. As someone that loves fighting games, I wish this was something on Microsoft’s radar, but sadly, for now anyway, it is not.
I doubt they ever will, it's too niche a reason for Microsoft themselves to work on it, maybe a third party company will push the envelop in that regard, but I just can't see it coming from Microsoft.
I have the razer ultimate, the two included d-pads are nice IMO.
I would like them to add a 'C' and 'Z' button to it. that is all.
