Audible brings playback controls to the taskbar in Windows 10

The recently-launched universal app from Audible has nabbed an update today, bringing along some tweaks and bug fixes, along with the ability to control playback by hovering over the task bar in Windows 10. Here's the full breakdown of what's new in Audible version 10.0.22:

  • Associated PDFs now available directly from the player
  • Performance improvements and bug fixes
  • Ability to control playback on hover from the task bar (Desktop Only)

And there you have it. It's certainly not the most feature-packed update ever, but it's a nice follow-up from the app's initial launch as a universal Windows 10 app in early August. If you'd like to grab the latest Audible update, check the Windows Store or click through the link below to get started.
