PicsArt expands its Windows Phone 8 availability

PicsArt hit the Windows Phone Store shelves last month exclusively for the Nokia Lumia 1020 and 1520 Windows Phones.  PicsArt is a fantastic photo editor and is now available across the board for all Windows Phone 8 devices.

If you are not familiar with PicsArt, it is part photo editor, part photo sharing network and part free-hand drawing.  You can edit newly captured images, find an image in your Pictures Hub to edit or download images from your Facebook, Flickr, SkyDrive, Picasa, Google or Dropbox accounts.

PicsArt has a wide assortment of effect filters as well as the ability to crop, resize and adjust exposure variables on your images.  A draw tool is available to let you draw free hand on your images or paint on a blank canvass.

PicsArt is a free app with a handful of in-app purchases to expand your effects filter collection.  It is available for Windows Phone 8 and you can download PicsArt here in the Windows Phone Store.

Thanks, everyone, for the tip!
