If you weren't around during Prime Day to catch Amazon's Fire TV Stick 4K (opens in new tab) when it dropped to just $24.99, you're in luck as Amazon is giving select accounts one more chance to snag this exclusive deal. For all the access to streaming services and apps it brings to your TV, it's easily worth that cost, and today's deal saves you 50% off its regular price when you enter promo code 4KFIRETV during checkout. If your account is eligible for this deal, you should see an orange banner notifying you of the sale at the top of its Amazon product page, though you might still want to try out the code even if you don't see the banner.
Unlike the Prime Day sale, this offer isn't limited to only Prime members. However, you'd receive your order faster with free two-day shipping if you did have a Prime membership (opens in new tab).
Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K (opens in new tab)
Unlike during Prime Day, there's no Prime membership required to snag this 50% discount on Amazon's Fire TV Stick 4K. However, it is limited to select accounts only, and you'll need to enter the following promo code during checkout.
This 4K model of Amazon's popular Fire TV Stick is optimized for 4K Ultra HD streaming with support for Dolby Vision, HDR, and HDR10+, and plugs into your TV's HDMI port so you can add smart functionality to any 4K TV. With its small size and easy setup, it makes a great travel companion to bring on vacation. With the included Alexa Voice Remote, you can begin voice controlling the Fire TV Stick with the press of a button by simply asking Alexa to turn on a specific app, check the weather, stream music, and more.
Having a streaming device like Amazon's Fire TV Stick 4K is the first step towards ridding your life of your cable company. Thankfully, Amazon is including an offer for 50% off two months of Philo TV (opens in new tab) with today's purchase so you can start streaming live TV channels to your Fire TV Stick 4K and make cutting the cord even easier.

Curious: for Xbox One users, does the Amazon TV Stick add anything we're likely to care about over what we have from the Xbox and Amazon app on the Xbox One ? I've been watch Carnival Row in 4k UHD through Xbox One X, for example. I can also watch Netflix and, I assume (but haven't tried) those other apps too.
If you have Dish for your TV service, there is a Dish Anywhere app that can be used in lieu of an addition receiver
h2dk, interesting and thanks. That could be nice. We do use Dish as our TV provider. Do you know if the Dish Anywhere implementation will connect via the LAN to our local Hopper, or would this have to go out over the Internet and then back down (in which case our upload bandwidth may not be sufficient to handle this)?
Amazon is actually making 4k episodic TV content. With nothing but our Prime membership (i.e., without paying a special TV viewing fee like is needed for Netflix), we watch Carnival Row in 4k UHD. So far we're doing this through our Xbox One X, but for others, especially if you don't care about gaming, I could imagen the Fire Stick being the better option.
Got one w/discount. Thanks for the heads up!
