What you need to know

  • Quantic Dream is bringing Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain to PC this summer.
  • Detroit: Become Human will launch in the fall.
  • All three games are available for preorder on the Epic Games Store.
  • You can purchase a $30 three-game collection for PlayStation 4 on Amazon.

Epic Games is on a roll lately. Fortnite is showing no signs of slowing down, and the company recently revealed more than a dozen games from Deep Silver, Ubisoft, and Take-Two Interactive that will be coming to the Epic Games Store. Ubisoft even announced that it's expanding its partnership with Epic Games and adding a slew of free titles to the service. Additionally, Take-Two will bring The Outer Worlds from Xbox Game Studios and Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey from Panache Digital Games to the store.

However, the biggest news was that Quantic Dream was bringing its former PlayStation 4 exclusives like Beyond: Two Souls, Detroit: Become Human, and Heavy Rain to the Epic Games Store. The team recently expressed interest in going multiplatform, so this is the only way to experience these titles on PC.

Beyond: Two Souls

Beyond: Two Souls is unique psychological action thriller delivered by powerful performances of Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe. The game takes you on a thrilling journey across the globe as you play out the remarkable life of Jodie Holmes. Born with a connection to a mysterious entity with incredible powers, Jodie is different. Detroit: Become Human

In Detroit: Become Human, technology has evolved to a point where human-like androids are everywhere. They speak, move and behave like us, but they are only machines serving humans. You play as three distinct androids and see a world at the brink of chaos – perhaps our future – through their eyes. Your very decisions will dramatically alter how the game's intense, branching narrative plays out. You will face moral dilemmas and decide who lives or dies. With thousands of choices and dozens of possible endings, how will you affect the future of Detroit and humanity's destiny?

Detroit: Become Human should launch in the fall, but a demo will be available over the summer.

Heavy Rain

In Heavy Rain, you play as four different characters in this tension-soaked psychological thriller. Choose your next move carefully, as every decision may have dramatic outcomes. Spanning four days of mystery and suspense, the hunt is on for a murderer known only as 'The Origami Killer' — named after his macabre calling card of leaving behind folded paper shapes at crime scenes. Each of the four characters follow their own leads, with their own motives. Directing their very actions, you have to prevent the killer from claiming a new victim. How this story ends is entirely up to you.

Heavy Rain should launch on June 24, but a demo will be available on May 24.
