Dell Venue Pro shows up on Microsoft's page, Amazon's accessories

Though there still is no word on when this bad boy goes on sale, things are starting to rev up for the much anticipated Dell Venue Pro.

The phone now has an official listing on Microsoft's Windows Phone page, where its 7 hours talk-time and "scratch and shatter resistant screen" aka Gorilla Glass are prominently featured. We have to admit, the more we look at it, the more we want it. That 4.1" screen is the sweet spot for size and the keyboard...well.

Now lets just get some pricing and availability! Finally, while the phone is not on Amazon yet, some accessories are, implying hopefully some imminence.

  • The venue pro's been on wp7's site since launch, what's new is the button to view more info on Same for accessories on amazon. If u recall the same goes for practically all unannounced cell phones and devices.
  • Thanks for the clarification ;-)
  • And the so called info is just a blog page on Maybe they have run into problems but I think this device is going to be significantly delayed. Or may even be complete vapourware.
  • It isn't dell has announced that it will be available on Orange UK on November 8, 2010. They said that they don't know when it's coming to the states. Vaporware means non-existant or a concept that will never come close to reality. So this is in no way vaporware. We just have to wait and see.
  • Any links to an official Dell announcement for a Nov 8 release? I havent seen anything from Dell regarding a release anywhere in the world.
