February's free Xbox Games with Gold feature Assassin's Creed Rogue and Star Wars: Jedi Academy

Today, Microsoft announced February's free Games with Gold for Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners. Starting on February 1, 2019, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon and Assassin's Creed Rogue will be free with the subscription. Then, on February 16, Super Bomberman R and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy can be downloaded at no cost. You need an active Xbox Live membership to play the Xbox One games, but the original Xbox and Xbox 360 titles are yours to keep after you redeem them once. It doesn't matter if you're still an Xbox Live Gold subscriber.

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon

Battle with swords and whips in this retro-style action game brought to you by game creator Koji Igarashi and Inti Creates. Play as Zangetsu, a demon slayer bearing a deep grudge, who must travel through perilous lands to defeat a powerful demon lurking in a dark castle.

Assassin's Creed Rogue

Assassin's Creed Rogue is the darkest chapter in the Assassin's Creed franchise. As Shay, you will experience the slow transformation from Assassin to Assassin Hunter. Follow your own creed and set off on an extraordinary journey through New York City, the wild river valley, and far away to track down those who betrayed you.

Super Bomberman R

Super Bomberman R is the latest entry in the popular franchise. Super Bomberman R offers a multiplayer mode where up to eight players are dropped within a maze until the last man standing is declared the winner. There is also a story mode where one to two players work cooperatively to clear a series of fifty stages in order to save the galaxy.

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy

Forge your weapon and follow the path of the Jedi. Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is a popular installment of the acclaimed Jedi Knight series. Take on the role of a new student eager to learn the ways of the Force from Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.

Be sure to download all four of these games next month because many of them are great experiences. Out of all of these, we would recommend playing Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy because it's an incredible title that holds up even to this day.
