This Black Friday, the Replacer is bringing some holiday cheer (and free weapons) to Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 players
Activision recently brought back one of my favorite marketing gimmicks lately with a rash of new commercials for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 featuring Peter Stormare reprising his role as The Replacer. This Black Friday, the official Call of Duty social media accounts have had a blast of new Replacer ads.
We’re back with more Black Ops Friday loot 🎅 This time, Blueprints! To claim your reward, reply to this post and include the following:@CallofDuty[Activision ID]Black Ops 7 Blueprint pic.twitter.com/zodzZNFbo1November 28, 2025
Stormare steps into the red suit because the Jolly old elf, himself, is busy playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, and haphazardly lobs lumps of coal and digs in his sack for knives, sammiches, and — what's this? New blueprints?!
A second promotion is offering free double XP tokens, as well!
How to claim the rewards for Black Ops 7
First things first, if you want to get your loot from Replacer Claus' sack, you're going to need a Twitter account. Reply to the blueprints post from the official Call of Duty account found here with your Activision ID and the phrase "Black Ops 7 Blueprint" (without the quotes!) or the double XP post found here with your Activision ID and the phrase "Black Ops 7 XP".
The Call of Duty account will reply with a confirmation that you have received the rewards. The next time you log into Call of Duty, check your notifications to see the "Incentive received" notice. Your blueprints will then be available to pick when you're building your loadout.
The Black Ops Friday celebration starts with two 1-Hour 2XP Tokens! 🎁To claim your reward, reply to this post and include the following:@CallofDuty[Activision ID]Black Ops 7 XP pic.twitter.com/V1rLFYLAwxNovember 28, 2025
What will you get for participating?

The Black Ops Friday promotion is gifting two 1-hour double XP tokens per user, as well as two weapon blueprints. The blueprints include a Guild-branded M10 Breacher shotgun dubbed "Surge" featuring the LT Mini optic, Breacher Precision muzzle, M10 light grip, and convergence laser. The build code for the weapon is C01-63PXH-GNGK1-1.
The build provides significant boosts to the Breacher's accuracy — especially with the 36% uptick in Jump Hipfire Max Spread and 25% buff to ADS Pellet Spread— with a slight buff to its ADS movement speed, as well. Aim Down Sight (ADS) speed, ADS movement speed, and Jump Aim Down Sight Speed all see a 10% buff with this build.
All the latest news, reviews, and guides for Windows and Xbox diehards.

The rewards also include a blueprint for the Dravec 45 SMG. The "Calculated" SMG build relies on just four attachments for its enhancements, including the 12" cloud barrel, gator extender magazine, helix-tac rear grip, and EAM scatterline laser.
"Calculated" makes major improvements to the Dravec's accuracy, especially for fans of jumping, sliding, and diving. Handling, too, sees a major boost for Calculated, making improvements to ADS speed, sprint to fire speed, and jumping speeds. The build code for this weapon blueprint is S04-3MEPS-WCC11.
But wait — there's more!
Everybody who owns or purchases Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 before the launch of Season 1 on December 4 will get The Replacer operator bundle for free. That includes Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
FAQ
Do I need to own Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 to use the free Black Ops Friday blueprints?
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 launched with a limited carry forward model, and you are not able to carry Black Ops 7 blueprints and operators backward into Black Ops 6. So you will need to own Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 — either by purchasing the game outright or by playing with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription — if you want to use the Calculated and Surge blueprints.
How do I find the blueprints in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7?
Once you confirm you have received the Calculated and Surge blueprints, you can find and equip them easily by editing your loadout. The Calculated blueprint can be found as a variant of the Dravec 45 SMG, while the Surge blueprint is a variant of the M10 Breacher shotgun.
Can I change the attachments of a blueprint in Black Ops 7?
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7's blueprints offer unique visual aesthetics for your loadout but the attachment combinations aren't always what you might prefer. However, you can keep the base aesthetic of your blueprint while swapping out for different attachments. New attachments that are added will not feature the blueprint design in many cases unless the blueprint offers additional attachment skins — which is uncommon, but not impossible.
The solution to the mismatched look for your weapon blueprint can be to add a camo to the blueprint that fits the over all weapon aesthetic you're going for.
When will the promotional blueprints and XP tokens become unavailable?
You can unlock the Calculated and Surge blueprints and two 1-hour double XP tokens on social media until November 29 at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET. After that time, you will no longer be able to earn the incentives. If you do unlock the incentives prior to the deadline, they will remain in your Black Ops 7 armory to use whenever you would like.
They just might come in handy for unlocking some of those Dark Ops calling cards.
