Black Friday is a great time to shop for deals, but even a big discount pales in comparison to getting something for free. Right now, Verizon will give you a $200 Target gift card, a Samsung TV, a Samsung monitor, or another gift for free when you sign up for Verizon Home 5G or Verizon Fios.

Verizon 5G Home and Verizon Fios Home Internet both provide high-speed connectivity to your home — their methods just differ. If you want the fastest speeds, you should sign up for Fios. Verizon 5G Home is an excellent choice if Verizon does not have fiber optic cables in your area but 5G connectivity is.

I've covered these types of deals from Verizon for years. They vary in value, and the current offers rank among the best of 2025. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE 5G retails for $599.99. Several of the other gifts normally cost $399.99.

None of the free gifts available through Verizon run Windows, but many are nice companions for users in the Windows ecosystem. The Samsung’s 32" M7 Smart Monitor has a 4K display that's nice for getting work done or enjoying content. It's not going to compete with the best gaming monitors when it comes to refresh rate or other specs, but it can be used for some light gaming.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE is a mid-range tablet with a good display for media consumption. It also has S Pen support and can connect to your PC if you have a supported Samsung laptop.

If none of the devices suit you, a $200 Target gift card is also an option. Since Target sells a massive range of products, I can practically guarantee you’ll find something to spend the gift card on. Note that the Target gift card, which is arguably the best option, is only available until December 1, 2025.

FAQ

When is this offer valid?

The availability of Verizon's Black Friday offers depends on the free gift you're after. Some options are only available for a few days, while others will remain available until after January 1, 2026. You'll need to click on Verizon's "Gift options" link to see if the exact item you want is still available.

How are Verizon 5G Home Internet and Verizon Fios different?

Both Verizon 5G Home and Verizon Fios provide high-speed internet access to your home. How they accomplish that differs. Verizon 5G Home uses a signal like the one sent to cellphones to connect your home router to the web. Verizon Fios relies on a fiber optic network of cables. The end results are similar, though the exact speeds available will depend on your area and whether Verizon has fiber optic cables near you.
