This is my tenth year in a row covering Black Friday tech sales, and I've learned over the years that it's the best time to pick up some much-needed upgrades for my PC gaming setup.

At this point, I know exactly what's worth shelling out over, and I'm not wasting anyone's time with lukewarm deals on products that no one would buy if not for a discount. Here are the PC gaming upgrades I'm picking up this year at a discount.

I've had my eye on an ultrawide OLED display to replace my IPS screen that I've been using for years. I haven't made a final decision yet, but this LG UltraGear is certainly on my short list. Just be sure you're OK with a more aggressive 800R curve.

This is the ultrawide QD-OLED display that's at the top of my list. It's not the newest version from Dell, but it's nevertheless an outstanding screen with a high refresh rate, crisp 3440x1440 resolution, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support.

This is already a part of my PC gaming setup, but it's too good not to mention. I installed this dual-monitor mount about 10 months ago and have no idea how I lived without it. Works with large monitors, and there's no sign of sagging.
