Microsoft's new Surface Pro will go on sale at the same time as the Surface Laptop and Surface Studio, which will be available in 13 new markets. That's great news if you're a Surface fanatic buying all three products. The Surface Pro is available for preorder starting today, so if you're interested you better get your order in now.
Surface Pro will be available in the following markets at launch:
- Australia.
- Austria.
- Belgium.
- Canada.
- China.
- Denmark.
- Finland.
- France.
- Germany.
- Hong Kong.
- Ireland.
- Italy.
- Japan.
- Korea.
- Luxembourg.
- Netherlands.
- New Zealand.
- Norway.
- Poland.
- Portugal.
- Spain.
- Sweden.
- Switzerland.
- Taiwan.
- U.K.
- US.
The new Surface Pro includes some capabilities its predecessor does not, including a new kickstand that can retract back to 165 degrees, laying almost completely flat. This is great for those who plan to use the Surface Dial on the display, because the new Surface Pro supports that same functionality found on the Surface Studio, so the user can place the Dial directly on the display for additional functionality.
The new Type Cover and Pens are also up for preorder in the same markets. It's also worth keeping in mind that if you own a Surface Pro 4 or Surface Pro 3, the new accessories will work with your device, too.
