Mortal Kombat 11 launches on Xbox and PC

The day many of you have been waiting for is finally here! Mortal Kombat 11 is available on Xbox One and PC. It appears that the plot of the latest game involves time travel. This is what allows players to interact with fighters from the past, as well as various iterations of characters like Scorpion and Raiden.

Mortal Kombat 11 can be seen as a conclusion to the story which has spanned 25 years at this point.

Kronika, the Keeper of Time, signals for a new era to begin as she tries to rewind time to its beginning and restart history. In order to restore balance to the realms, players must take on the role of numerous fighters from different eras, culminating in the ultimate generational clash as current characters collide with their past selves.

You're able to play as Scorpion, Raiden, Sub-Zero, Sonya Blade, Skarlet, Baraka, Geras, Kano, D'Vorah, Kabal, Jade, Johnny Cage, Cassie Cage, Erron Black, Jacqui Briggs, Kotal Kahn, Noob Saibot, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Jax Briggs, Cetrion, The Kollector, Kitana, and Shao Kahn.

Mortal Kombat 11 starts at $60. However, if you want the complete experience, you should purchase the $100 Premium Edition (opens in new tab) which comes with the character pass and other content.

  • That's a PASS for me!
  • Right? That insane for a price. I have Mk9 just cause i like it even though rarely anyone plays it online I simply play it for just single player. Ok sure mk10 is better from what I was told. Though to think this game is far to expensive. :O I'm not sure what they did with the look of the characters on mk11... What happen to Sub-Zero look :O No more mask? :O
