Saints Row IV added to Xbox backwards compatibility list; Dead Space comes to EA Access

Xbox One owners can get another old Xbox 360 game, Saints Row IV, to play on their console via its backwards compatibility feature. Meanwhile, a game that was added to that list earlier this week, Dead Space, is now available to play for free for subscribers to EA Access.

The Major Nelson Twitter page revealed the addition of the Xbox 360 version of Sants Row IV to the Xbox backwards compatibility list. Developer Volition and publisher Deep Silver have already released a native Xbox One version of their over-the-top open world action game, Saints Row IV: Re-Elected, that also has all of the game's post-release DLC packs, along with a visual upgrade and other features.

Meanwhile, the addition of the Xbox 360 version of the survival horror game Dead Space to the EA Access Vault means that Xbox One owners can play 18 EA games for free with a subscription to the service. Just a reminder: EA Access costs $4.99 a month or $29.99 for 12 months.
