Snag $10 in extra Microsoft credits and a free game with special South Park offer

South Park fans can get an extra $10 in free Microsoft credit, plus a free copy of the game South Park: The Stick of Truth, when they pre-order the 20th season of the TV series on Microsoft's Movies & TV along with the upcoming game South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
Microsoft's blog post states (opens in new tab):
Comedy Central's "South Park" begins its 20th season Wednesday, and with it we'll see the return of the most famous foulmouthed and eternally elementary-school-aged students in America: Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny (who will surely die and come back to life in all kinds of creative ways so his friends can say, "Oh my god, they killed Kenny!").
South Park: The Fractured But Whole, from developer and publisher Ubisoft, is due out on December 6 and features the South Park cast in a superhero RPG saga that's sure to both exciting and a little shocking.

Actually, I think it has been a couple years since Kenny last died.
-
After they finally had the big reveal of what *actually* happens to Kenny every time he dies, it pretty much killed the fun of that regular plot inclusion (I'm specifically not saying what happens here so as not to spoil that episode for those who have so far missed it).

Can you at least say what episode it was? Or season? Thx.

Season 14 episodes "**** 2: Hindsight", "Mysterion Rises" and "**** vs. **** and Friends".
-
Does the global?

Not a bad deal but you also get this game for free and $10 Microsoft store credit if you preorder "Fractured But Hole" through the Microsoft store.
