Vodafone UK offering Lumia 710 with 6 month Zune Pass for £150

The Nokia Lumia 710 is on offer at Vodafone UK for £150, accompanied by a 6-month Zune Pass. The Windows Phone was made available on both Vodafone and Three earlier last month for £199 (though Vodafone reportedly dropped the price to £150 soon after). The Lumia 710 packs a 1.4 Ghz processor, 3.7" screen, 5MP camera, 8GB storage and sports a handful of pre-loaded Nokia apps.

Hurry up should the offer intrigue you as it ends on March 31st. Ignore the 3/5 rating as this was left by a single Android-orientated reviewer who complained about the lack of storage for music lovers (Zune Pass / Nokia Music anyone?).

  • Sweet
  • Sweet deal =)
  • Yeah spotted this on hotukdeals.com earlier today. That's a bargain!
  • We need this in the US! More incentives to go with WP! Let MS know this in the WP Blog. Any concerns you guys have should be posted here so MS actually sees them ... http://windowsteamblog.com/windows_phone/b/windowsphone/
  • So who needs a 610 again?
    It better be around 100£/120€...
  • Absolute steal.
As for the user review? Downrank it as unhelpul. :D
  • One retailer is selling the 610 for £165... Total waste of time.
  • It's a superb phone this, my sister loves hers so it definitely makes a great gift for your loved ones :D
  • Do they sell it locked?
  • Yes it is locked to Vodafone, but apparently they'll  unlock it for £20.
  • I was hoping this would shed some light on the future of Zune Pass, but I don't think Windows 8 is due to be released before September, anyway.
  • Its not going anywhere, it'll just become Xbox Live Music Pass or Microsoft Music Pass. I prefer the Zune name but it seems most people don't.
  • Awesome... I now know what I'll be getting the mother for her birthday!
  • This is a cracking deal, the Zune pass simply puts the icing on the cake of an already great deal. I bought one and for the money its superb. My only gripe is the tft screen and the hardware buttons. Camera is respectable for point & shoot, 8Gb is storage is good enough although bear in mind you only get 6GB usable. You can free up space by removing unwanted pre-loaded apps.
  • I love Nokia for featuring Goldfrapp in promotional images :-)
  • Thanks for that just purchased it for my dauaghter, she's elated.
  • Get a new review on there!
  • If anyone is a member of Vodafone's site, could they PLEASE post a more balanced review?
That fanboi is going to be turning people away with his FUD!
  • Few things
    1) the zune pass isn't issued to your straight away... you get a text (mine was 5 days) after you buy the phone, saying the FIRST of TWO zune pass tickets will be issued in the next 14 days via SMS... You get 2 x 3 motnh ones. The second being issued after the first has expired.
2). I paid £20 to get an unlock code for mine. Took them 48 hours to reply with one that doesn't work. They issue #PW+ codes that won't work on Windows Phone. Vodafone say that Nokia is correct, and Nokia take a further 48 hours to respond to anything.
VERY frustrated with Vodafone and Nokia after this. Just don't bother buying it if you want to use it on another network. Pay the extra money and get it sim free, or on your own network. I want to use this on O2 and/or Giff-Gaff, but at the moment there doesn't seem a cat in hells chance.
