Zac Bowden, release new build in Windows Phone. Please.
-
Yeah Zac Bowden, do it!
-
Please Zac, you can do it 😄
-
It doesn't need to exist. It is a redundant feature.
-
No, it's good but it need to integrate more communicators and It would be great to connect to phone, so we could even make a call when the phone is near the pc or send sms...
-
Exactly. My People should have just added the the features to the People app. I still can't hook my contacts to it because the Facebook app lacks contact sync.
-
My people is absolutely the most disappointing feature in the fall update. There's nothing you can do with it besides starting a skype call (who still uses skype?) or send an email for which i just open the mail app. Even if more devs start to embrace this, it's nothing more than just a list of apps to use to communicate with someone. Even people hub did more with social media integration at least. And even then most people preferred to open the respective apps or websites to check their social media feeds. On the other hand, if people like to pin contacts to their taskbar, it's a good thing they can do that now. And I can stop complaining and just turn the thing off. :)
-
I think Skype is the third largest messaging network.
-
These podcasts are becoming less and less interesting.
-
I suggest you stop listening. There's a lot of good stuff on Netflix, go for it!

I have only recently discovered Windows Central. I have actually been binge listening (if there us such a thing) to all the win central podcasts from nr zero these last 4 weeks - I do a lot of driving for my job. Am up to 42 in the series now. Fantastic listening, especially knowing what I know now about Groove, mobile etc. and you and Zac speculating the hell out of everything from MS. Keep it up.
-
It just needs one thing...implementing other communication services, like messenger, whastapp(when it finally comes), etc... Make there some kind of bubble popup communication where you could simply answer to that person and close it or have it open in separate window, this would speedup process of communication where there would not be a need to open messenger app or any other app...
-
I really did like People in Windows Phone. I automatically linked contact details, profile pictures etc from Linkedin, facebook and all. Now Microsoft actually OWNS linkedin and the implementation is far worse. Don't get it.
-
My People is a godsend for me since my Windows 10 Mobile devices Skype does my SMS messaging and syncs with my Windows 10 PC. I love it.
-
That has nothing to do with My People.
-
Always slamming on people still using Windows Phones. This is kind of insulting to a portion of your audience. Sad way to start off your podcast.
-
You really are a delicate little flower, are you sure you should be on the big bad internet by yourself?
-
I thought the podcasts took place every Friday... darn it lol.
-
They do, this is last weeks :)
-
My people is at an embarrassing point of completion. It seems like an alpha version!
