Intel's tiny Compute Stick goes up for sale in India for ₹9,999

Running Windows 8.1 with Bing, Intel's Compute Stick offers a full-fledged computing experience in a device that's not much larger than a USB drive. The Compute Stick went up for sale in the U.S. earlier this year, and is now making its way into India by way of Flipkart.

The Compute Stick is available for sale through the e-commerce retailer for ₹9,999 ($155), which isn't all that higher from the $149 retail price commanded by the device in the U.S. In terms of hardware, you get an 1.8GHz quad-core Intel Atom CPU, 2GB DDR3L RAM, 32GB eMMC internal memory, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, one HDMI port, full-sized USB 2.0 port, microUSB and a microSD slot. The presence of an HDMI port allows you to turn any TV or monitor into a full-fledged Windows computer.
