  • Interesting, when I go to that app on my 950 it says "This app will not work on your device.", I guess that just means that the mobile version has it made it's way through the Microsoft servers yet.
  • Same thing on my 950xl. I'm also assuming available on pc only for now
  • Same thing on my 928
  • Got it on my 950.
  • When I go on my 950 I get the WP 8.1 App. Don't think mobile was actually updated.
  • Only available for PC at the moment. Mobile site version is the old one. May have to wait for it to trickle through the servers.
  • Love it
  • I get that with my win 10 930 as well
  • Aha! Keep them coming.
  • This is awesome news coming from accu weather , more uwp apps
  • Hmm... I expected more in terms of design...
  • I'll download soon, hope it works this time.
  • I still see two different apps, one for pc and one for phone
  • If universal then why not available for both at the same time
  • One app, different builds.
  • Very nice!
  • Had a look at it. The built in Weather app is better and more accurate. Not sure why I'd want this.
  • Because it's a big name for Weather?
  • Built in app's live tile does not update location automatically, at least on my insider WP10 Lumia 640. So far, this app does. Time will tell.
  • I find that Mucrosoft's weather app is actually quite inaccurate, which is unfortunate because I like the design. Might give the accu weather app a try.
  • Victory!
  • Does it still have ads? I'd much rather have the option to pay a few bucks and remove this ad garbage from annoying the frak out of me!
  • There are, but subtle. Waiting to find out if they'll introduce an IAP to remove them.
  • That would be great! Currently using Amazing Weather HD still.
  • Thanks!
  • The ads are why I didn't use their previous versions. I'm happy to pay for an IAP in order to remove them. Otherwise, I'll keep shopping....

  • Transparant live tiles yet?
  • Nice, I prefer this to the default so. I'll update my phone to the new version and check it out when I get home. Now, if only it were still golf season...
  • Not bad, have it on my 1520&950XL
  • I'd like to see Shift Jelly bring Pocket Weather to the platform. Their iOS app is very nice and the best one I've used for Australian weather. In the meantime I might check this out.
  • We can hope it does a better job than most at forecasting the CORRECT weather in Oz.. Most are often many degrees out of whack, especially in the summer heatwaves.
  • Exactly. Anything that doesn't get data from the BOM is usually unreliable I find. AU Weather Pro has also been removed from the windows app store due to the BOM making changes that affect the app. The dev has looked into things and has said there isn't any way to keep the app going without data being missing or out of date, which is a shame.
  • Have the old one installed and get the message that it doesn't work with my device (930) when I try to download the new version
  • Same here. It's not gone live yet.
  • Me too grrrrr
  • Cannot access the updated app on Nokia Lumia 830 running Win10 .29 release. Same "App will not work on your device" message.
  • There are 2 AccuWeather apps in the store. The new one with orange star says that it will not work on my device, Lumia 1520 Windows 10 Mobile 10586.29
    ?
  • This app looks horrible on my Surface Pro 4. The Weather Channel has a MUCH better universal app.
  • The Weather Channel app live tile stopped working for me. I
  • It stopped working for me too.(The Weather Channel)
  • Still not available for mobile.
  • When will finally links be clickable in WindowsCentral mobile app? C'mon, it is running on windows mobile OS, it is called WindowsCentral, yet it is not working
  • They probably will publish a free and a paid version like on android and ios. On their site they still show the "old" version to download for windows.
  • I saw both old and new AccuWeather release icons on Windows Store. Tried downloading the new, and message was "App not available for your phone". Tried deleting the old from my phone, that did no help in acquiring the new update. Now the new one has disappeared from the store? I am using a Nokia Lumia 830, Win 10 (release.29); carrier is ATT. (Off-topic: Same experience with new TuneIn radio app, by the way).
  • Ditto for me!! :-(
  • It's working on my Lumia 535 DS now  I used the QR Code Do Download
