The holiday season is a huge time for video games. Many of the biggest releases come out at this time, and that can be painful on your wallet. That's why this is the perfect time to get an Xbox PC Game Pass subscription. If you're a Canadian and a new subscriber (or possibly if you have subscribed before but not in a while), you can get a month of PC Game Pass for CAD $1 with two months free, essentially making this 3 months for CAD $1. Considering the subscription is normally CAD $11.99 a month, that's a savings of CAD $35.

Get access to hundreds of games for just a buck. That includes many of the latest titles from Microsoft like Age of Empires IV and Halo Infinite. Try out some indie games you might not have heard of before and find something new you love.

But really the savings are so much more than just the CAD $35 you're saving on the price. You get to play all the best games for free because that's how the program works. Download whatever is available and play as long as your subscription lasts. That includes most major Microsoft titles like Forza Horizon 5, Age of Empires IV, Halo Infinite, Microsoft Flight Simulator, etc. The list goes on and on. There are also dozens of indie games and smaller titles, including probably a few surprises you haven't heard of that you're going to fall in love with. Compared to how much it would cost to try out all these games without a subscription, the savings are monstrous.

PC Game Pass comes with some other bonuses as well. For example, as a member of Game Pass you can also get some exclusive discounts on games. So, let's say you don't plan to renew your subscription after your three months for CAD $1 are up. Well, use your membership while you have it to save on the games you want to keep. Pay less in the long run and keep playing forever.
