On-demand Webcast now available for the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Event

Just in case you missed it, Microsoft announced the Surface Pro 3 this morning at a press event that was broadcast live. If you missed the live broadcast, the on-demand webcast is now available for viewing at your leisure.

The hour-long presentation covers the new features and design of the Surface Pro 3. Panos Panay, Microsoft's Corporate Vice President for Surface Computing, did a really nice job walking everyone through the concept Microsoft was working towards and the changes brought about with the latest Surface Pro model.

Expect the Surface Pro 3 to be available for pre-order in just over nine hours with shipping expected by August 31, 2014. Pricing starts at $799 for the 64GB Core i3 model.

  • I'm glad they announces the SP3 as I have been preping to purchase a SP2 now with this announced the SP2 will be dropping in price we'll be seeing some great bundles! YES!!!

  • I hope that I'm still in time to get an opportunity to win the SP3, from what I read, it functions very well and has a sleek design which leaves many desiring this piece of hardware brilliance.
