It's been a couple of months since World of Warcraft players got their hands on the early-access version of Player Housing (via pre-ordering the game), a feature that fans have been begging for since the MMORPG's early years in the mid-2000s.
Judging from the glowing positive reception from the community, it was worth the wait. Fans can't get enough of using Player Housing to design their dream home and decorate it with furniture, knick-knacks, trophies, and more items they find during their adventures.
Blizzard Entertainment has noticed this passionate response as well and has decided to give players a chance to show off their homes in style through a special collaboration with the social media platform, Pinterest.
Starting from February 18, 2026 (around 10:00 am PST), Pinterest will allow World of Warcraft players to capture screenshots in-game and post them to their linked Pinterest accounts through a new in-game toy called the Pin-o-Magic Camera.
By posting screenshots onto Pinterest using this toy, players can create mood boards and collections of their favorite moments (whether it's climatic finale to a raid or goofing off with friends at the Darkmoon Faire) or Player Housing creations to express their creativity to the world and inspire others to do the same.
It's insane how quickly Player Housing has become one of the most popular features in World of Warcraft, and this is just the early-access version.
When the full version of Player Housing launches alongside the upcoming World of Warcraft: Midnight expansion, who knows what over-the-top creations players will come up with? In early-access, some players have already managed to convert their homes into laboratories, flying airships, giant mechas, or even recreations of nostalgic locales from the Legend of Zelda series.

Plus, this is just the beginning as Blizzard Entertainment has big plans for Player Housing's future (as well as plans for improving player customization and animations via Glyphs), including adding Guild Halls, more decor items, raising the cap on decor item limits, and much more.
World of Warcraft: Midnight is set to launch for PC on March 2, 2026, for the general public, with a 3-day Early-Access period on February 27, 2026, for people who purchased the expansion's Epic Edition.
Stay tuned for further updates as we inch closer to one of the most anticipated expansions for Blizzard's legendary MMORPG in years.
